These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bkkd ("bkkd", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with bkkd, including account registration, use of casino games, sports betting, crash games, payment transactions, and participation in promotional offers.

bkkd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bkkd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
